We had an excellent service from Dan at Chandeliers Life. Thailand wasn’t on the list of approved delivery destinations but immediately after contacting him it was added. From order to delivery was under a week and that included customs clearance. Great job Dan. Thank you.

The lights look great (only been up 3 weeks so can't comment on reliability) The unit within the light itself may be IP65 compliant as described on the website, but as supplied the whole thing probably isn't. The inner "workings" are labelled IP65 fair enough, but the wires come out of that to a regular - exposed screw - indoor terminal block. So I had to fork out for a waterproof terminal block to connect it to the mains outside.

We wanted something a little different as outside lighting on the back of our house and have not been disappointed. The lights are stunning and look modern but classy. We went for the 240cm, non-dimmable. They create warm lighting across the whole garden. If you want the option of a more subtle effect, then I’d opt for the dimmable version. The light looks amazing but we were a little disappointed with the quality of the casing. It looks fine but is a plastic casing and one edge is slightly wider than the other and isn’t ideal. Being picky but if the casing was improved they’d be even better! But, that said, we’re still really pleased and the lights look amazing; modern, striking and a beautiful light effect across the whole garden. Delivery and installation were both great. I would definitely recommend.
