Shipping and Refund Policies:

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit/debit card it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at support@chandelierslife.com

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If you item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to support@chandelierslife.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a Regular price $/£20 administration fee whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.  Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Disappointing quality finish

Hi guys, I hate to be submitting this negative review and it’s very disappointing because our bedroom renovation is just complete and we were desperate to get our new light up but the quality of the welding finish is, we feel, very poor.I have a photo and would be more than happy to send this. I am hoping that we have a dodgy shade and that you have others that are of a much higher quality and that we can swap. Otherwise I would like to return this for a full refund please. Also, another thing is it felt the product was very poorly insulated in the package it was sent in. It was wrapped in a couple of very light thin foam sheeting and this was all that was protecting it in the cardboard box. It felt very lucky that the actual shade wasn’t damaged as the travel insulation was very inadequate. I hope to hear from you soon. With regards how we move forward on this. Thank you, Nick.

Absolutely love this light. Its extremely eye catching and the first thing people notice in our kitchen. The black wire has virtually no kinks and hangs really straight. The inside bronze is gorgeous and creates a nice cozy glow when turned on. Excellent as island lights! One shade came with some scratches, and Wayfair customer service rectified it right away. I received a replacement in a week or so.
