Shipping and Refund Policies:

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit/debit card it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at support@chandelierslife.com

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If you item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to support@chandelierslife.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a Regular price $/£20 administration fee whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.  Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Q: How difficult is this to put together?

A: It's really easy to be fair, top tip though have a fine screwdriver to open the metal loops if you have no nails to open them up!!

Q: Can i adjust the cable length to make it hang closer to ceiling?

A: Yes - we had to completely do away with chain as far too long!

Q: What type of bulb does this take and is it screw in or twist bulbs?

A: it needs 6 pieces E14 bulbs, it's screw in

Q: Can it be fitted in the bathroom, what is the ip rating?

A: This light is not waterproof light, if you fit it in your bathroom, This will reduce the life of the lamp.

I bought this chandelier for my office. I absolutely love it. It feels like the perfect size. It was easy to install and is good quality. It really added the final touch.

I purchased this for my home office. yes its a little too fancy but it gave my office the perfect elegant chic look I wanted it to give. It is an elegant and unique piece that will certainly give your room an amazing and attractive look to it. Yes the assembly isn't the easiest but you will love it!

I was pleasantly surprised by this chandelier. My husband and I had spent a lot of time in lighting stores trying to find a fixture we could agree on at a reasonable price. Our ceiling in our foyer is 20 ft high so the installation was more complicated than most. We were able to purchase a long chain and replacement wiring at a local hardware store

It took 2 of us almost 2 hours to install this. It looks great, however, the installation plan designer should look at an Ikea installation guide to see the gold standard. The overall fit and finish is excellent.
